Join Lewis Moody in our new Lockdown 3000 Challenge!
KEEP ACTIVE, STAY CONNECTED AND SUPPORT PEOPLE WITH A BRAIN TUMOUR
In these continually challenging times, let’s inject some fun and fitness into daily lockdown#3 life, whilst raising funds for much needed support projects!
Join our Myzone community and take on your own personal fitness challenge with our new Lockdown 3000 Challenge! The brain tumour community needs you more than ever, and it’s really easy to take part. Simply sign up today to receive a FREE* Myzone MZ-3 heart rate band, in return for raising a minimum of £130 through the challenge.
You don’t need to be super fit to take part, you can go at your own pace and choose to work out as many days a week as you like. Whatever you decide to do – walking, cycling, reps or a regular Joe Wicks workout – it all counts and adds to your total!
With access to the Myzone App, once you’ve signed up you’ll join The Foundation community so you can keep connected and motivated as you hit milestones to reach your personal goal.
New for this challenge, you can join free Myzone workouts at the same time as others, to really bring our team together in these otherwise isolated times.
Every workout you do will track your heart rate and convert it into MEPs to add to your personal score in a fantastic, fun way to keep on top of your fitness! You will join the rest of The Foundation’s Myzone team on the leader board to either try and race to the top, or just achieve your own goal each week.
The target is to raise 3,000 MEPS during your challenge.

“Last year I had the pleasure of taking part in two Myzone Challenges set up by the Lewis Moody Foundation. Both of them encouraged me to be more active, they were great fun and as a group we supported each other and it really did feel like a team effort. The sponsorship you raise really will help fund the much needed support for those unfortunately diagnosed with a brain tumour. Now more than ever”
Oliver Highway, Myzone Challenge 2020
“Huge thanks to our leaders Lewis, Alan and Wayne. I exaggerate not when I say you are the dream team and the authenticity of your approach to leadership was truly inspiring. You completely blew us all away and taught us some incredible life lessons. Thank you for making it as amazing as it was.”
Claire Walsh, headswest team member
“I will take a great deal from the challenge and know that I will be an even better leader and mentor in my business and a better person in my home and personal life from the experiences of the last 10 days.”
Jon Sump, CEO Mick George, headwest team member
