The Myzone Fitness Challenge
Join Lewis Moody on our brand new Myzone Fitness Challenge!
KEEP ACTIVE, STAY CONNECTED AND SUPPORT VULNERABLE PEOPLE
In these unprecedented times, let’s inject some fun and fitness into daily lockdown life, whilst raising funds for much needed support projects!
The first 50 people who sign up for this challenge will receive a free Myzone MZ-3 heart rate band*, worth £130, courtesy of our wonderful partners at Myzone! In return, we ask you to pledge to raise or donate a minimum of £130 to The Lewis Moody Foundation. The money raised can help The Foundation fund key Support Services run by The Brain Tumour Charity, which are vital, now more than ever, to help support those most vulnerable.
To get involved, you just need to take on your own personal fitness challenge to reach a collective goal during this virtual event. You don’t need to be super fit to take part, you can go at your own pace and choose to work out as many days a week as you like. Walking, cycling, reps or the daily Joe Wicks workout – it all counts!
With free access to the Myzone App, once you’ve signed up you’ll join The Foundation community so you can keep connected and motivated as you hit milestones to reach your goal. Every workout you do will convert into MEPs and we hope our team can collectively reach over 102,000 MEPS over the next 12 weeks, to represent every person in the UK living with a brain tumour.
Join Lewis and the team today and make your workout count.

*Once all 50 free Myzone belts have gone, you can still register! New sign ups will receive a £50 discount code for their Myzone band, with £30 of the remaining cost being donated directly to The Foundation.
