KEEP ACTIVE, STAY CONNECTED AND SUPPORT VULNERABLE PEOPLE
In these unprecedented times, let’s inject some fun and fitness into daily lockdown life, whilst raising funds for much needed support projects!
Join our Myzone community and take on your own personal fitness challenge with this virtual event. You don’t need to be super fit to take part, you can go at your own pace and choose to work out as many days a week as you like. Walking, cycling, reps or the daily Joe Wicks workout – it all counts and adds to your total!
With access to the Myzone App, once you’ve signed up you’ll join The Foundation community so you can keep connected and motivated as you hit milestones to reach your personal goals. Every workout you do will track your heart rate and convert into MEPs to add to your personal score in a fantastic fun way to keep on top of your fitness! You can join team challenges, connect with others across the globe and even gain rewards through the Myzone Community.
